I have no idea what system hes using but was concerned about where his bandwidth was coming from and whether my constant dropouts and bandwidth issues these last months were down to his dodgy mate tinkering with the ntl lines to our complex. I may well report him in a few weeks. I dont want to report him today because he only informed me today and it will be to obvious that im the one who reported him. Also im not happy about him getting for free what im paying for.

Im also wondering about how much bandwidth is being wasted if cancelled services are not being completely cut off and there are still signals passing through.
