Was this one of the HD penny movies?
I have just had a quick "play" and and, as normal on a weekend afternnon, I have the error messages. However, at the moment the problem seems confined to HD content only, SD VOD content works OK. As I have ever only tried to download HD VOD content this all points to a general capacity problem, as
spiderplant said.
I will try again later on this evening and see if this is still the case.
