Hi all,

I have recently bought an additional remote control (the blue one) for my Virgin Media Samsung box as I have extended it to the upstairs telly. I am having trouble configuring it to control the volume etc on my tv. I understand that you have to press Volume + and mute for 3-4 seconds and then the LED should flash twice. The problem I have is that if I press and hold the two buttons nothing happens.

Are the two buttons that need to be pressed the same for all Virgin Media remotes?
