Thanks for the quick reply Rob.

I just took a closer look at the box coming into the house.
It has two leads coming into the house that connect up to another lead. Some of the wires have little plastic connectors on them that connect to another cable that feeds diirect to the master box.

I have just removed all wires from the both junction boxes and im still connected using the master box.

Im starting to think that connection problems may lay outside the house....
