Hi all i have just moved to a new flat and looking to subscribe Virgin Broadband but when i checked my postcode i couldn't find my flat but other flat in my building. So i phoned up Virgin and they put me through a voice recording process and asked me to wait the technician to call back. So what is the chance that i can get the broadband and how long they usually take to call back?
