I'm having trouble with speed with my 20meg and noticed:
Receive Power Level - 12.4 dBmV
Transmit Power Level - 50.0 dBmV

my modem is the WebSTAR EPC2100R2

Could the receive power level be too high as i've noticed everyone seems to have a far lower number and if so what do i do about it
