Well my problem is that 2mb doesn't appear to be good enough for browsing for me. In the day i can watch a youtube vid no problem, at peak times i have to pause it until it's loaded it's so slow!
That's just one example of course, i experience this across all websites.

was on 4mb and didn't even know i'd been upgraded until i realised how much slower it was and was browsing CF and it crossed my mind it could be traffic shaping so i checked the max speed...
So in short, you're right i should probably downgrade back to 4mb (if that's even possible now?) but it's not right that i shouold downgrade to get more speed.
