My pings are solid on Be, now the line has settled after the first week. Always in the 15-30ms range for UK servers.

Can't beat it - I'm 2km from the exchange but getting 12meg down and 2.3meg up for £22/month. Faster, cheaper, more stable and more reliable than VM.
