hi i have just rang up virgin to ask what wireless router i will be getting with my xl broadband, the man on the phone said i wont be getting a router, as i have a pc near the cable box the engineer will just connect my pc directly to the cable box? is this right? he said if i want a wireless router i will have to ring up after the install and order one that costs £20 ????
i tried to tell him that its says on the website that with the VIP package its says free wireless router! but he was having none of it.
