Hello Everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me if there is some sort of 'international call plan' I could add to my package, Ive just recieved my phone bill and It cost Ã‚Â£10 for a 50 min call to washington, I call my sister there alot, and I could have sworn it was cheaper to call on NTL?
