It would be feasible for VM to inject a message onto a customer's browsing informing them that they have just reached FUP. That'd be quite useful. 'You have reached the FUP limit, and from 5:49PM to 10:49PM will have a maximum speed of 5Mbit/s downstream and 192kbit/s upstream.'
