The PSU may be rated at 700W but its amperage over the 12v rail will be absolutlely poo.

I'd definately recommend you dont buy a PSU from ebuyer names something like "ultra high uber PSU 10,000WATT" the only good thing is its price..

it most likely wont reach its peak wattage and its voltages will be all over the place, not to mention below standard amprage.
