Just to be sure, id definately recommend downloading malwarebyte's anti-malware scanner just incase. It finds things even Spybot can't find, so if theres anything else dormant in you're PC, it will get rid and you shouldnt have a problem.

2nd vote from me for the malwarebytes tool. That and superantispyware are my killers of choice at the moment.
