Re: Traffic management, let me get this straight?
I get traffic shaped for downloads that happen after 9pm. Until about 9.20 downloads seem to count. Today, for example, I was at 2.8GB until 9pm, started a download at 9.01 and went over the 3GB limit at 9.03 and my connection was throttled to death for five hours (still in effect).

Before someone says it, my clocks are right.
