500W will be fine for all of that lot easy.. the 9500 doesn;t need a lot of power compared to the 7800/8800 series. In fact why the 9500, go for the 9600 instead if you can...

For power supplies everyone has thier own brand they prefer, but you do tend to get what you paid for...
