Power supply question

Hi guys,

I am building my first quad core computer up. here are the details so far

Mother board - Asus P5N-E SLI
CPU - Intel Core 2 Quad - Q6600 - 95W - OEM
Corsair 2GB PC2-6400 XMS2 (2x1GB) (x2 4gb in total)
500GB Maxtor - 32MB - SATA2 - 7200RPM x2
PIONEER DVR-215DBK 20x DVDRW Black SATA

Thats all I have so far, graphics card will be not a top end beastie thinking along the lines of
nVidia GeForce 9500GT 1GB PCI-E

I will overclock it a bit but not to much, seems it is easy to overclock to 2.8/3.0ghz, i will use the provided stuff on the bios, it seems fairly straightforward.

ANYWAY..... with this in mind, what powersupply should i get, I do not want to spend a fortune on it, basically I need to know what power do i require is 500W enough. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
