Well I found some info on another site, looks like the router can sometimes get confused when multiple machines are connected to it. (which isn't much good)

The answer was to to disconnect all machines, do a full factory reset of the hub. remove the driver of the wireless card and re-install it.

Then it worked.

See how long it lasts, would be a pain if you had to do this often.
