Maybe it will make sky treat the current negotiations seriously and try to avoid too many problems with the court case and these investigations. It sounds like from various sources negotiations are working towards channels resolved in january. Thats when carriage runs out of three virgin channels so they can be resolved at the same time as sky channels and hd channels.
