Hello!

I'm a noobie to this forum and have done pretty much the same thing, I was digging the front garden out to put in a drive and cut straight through the cable which was only about 1" below the surface.

Now the cable was there before we moved in.

Taffy? What happenend in the end? Did you get charged?

I have been told there may be a charge but surely the cable should have either been shielded or guarded?? So hopefully i can get away without being charged.
