You would have thought that if we were all so good they would keep our names on file but oh no we have to go through the whole rigmarole if we want to apply again!

Then to rub salt into the wounds my mum had to have an tech out to sort her v+ box and she said he was rude, ignorant and could hardly string a sentence of english together ( well a sentence that didn't consist of grunts and sighs) so how the f**k did he get a job over us guys?????????
