Well, last night couldn't get a lock for signal at all.. Now I have a lock for signal but the websites are pretty poor.. Just generally slow.

Phoned Virgin numerous amounts of times last night. Got a new modem and a Ã‚Â£10 discount, so can't complain. I didn't even ask for the discount!

Yes, according to them there has been quite a big problem with a server.
