Re: Hmm, is VM's traffic management system offline?

The removal of STM in response to Sky is possible but I suspect VM will prefer to push the difference in top speeds and the data you can download in 24 hours rather than remove STM.

I seem to remember previous threads about application throttling from Trax - I guess another possibility is the removal/upgrade of the STM kit to make room for that.
