Evidently Virgin don't want to looking at the amounts spent on overbuild recently.
1 normal upstream channel for the wondrous new product
and 20Mbit customers is a joke and just highlights the attitude of doing it for as little as possible while giving maximum PR impact and bragging rights rather than doing it right even if it's not as visible or cool.
