funny enough thats quite usual the first time you install a torrent client on a VM machine when grabbing *nix, however if you continue to seed it for a a few days (back to that crappy up/down ratio again
) as is required to be a good torrenter in the community, watch as Vm (or whoever)track your usage and bang, you find its suddenly gone to pot, take it off for a few days or after you get a new Ip such as when they are going UBr work/reseg etc and torrent use speeds is back to a good speed as your seeing for a few hours perhaps.
