I seem to remember the last time there was a 'free upgrade' we (meaning customers down here in Devon) were at the end of the list, getting our upgrade well after everyone else in the country.
I suspect a lot of us down here at the a**e end of the country have got so tired of seeing TBC under South West/Newton Abbott this time that we'll just do what I did today and take advantage of any special offers and upgrade everything to XL anyway (Off-topic, man, isn't there a load of crap on all those TV channels nowadays
