I don't see how she could do that as BT would not know when you received the wireless hub. First she tells you they don't offer wireless hubs (wireless router?), then says that she will order another of something that they don't offer, then says they will start charging for it later when it arrives, a date that they would of course not be aware of. Sounds like total BS to get you off the phone to me. If I were you I would cancel BT, go buy yourself a wireless dsl router from ebuyer.com (free wireless is not worth jack these days), and sign up with one of the many quality DSL providers (BT is not one of these as you know). And if you don't cancel, I would watch your bill like a hawk and make sure you record the name of every person you spoke to. I record my conversations now with companies like this.
