About 2 weeks ago my daughter who moved to Bristol ordered BT Broadband Option 1 with Free Wireless Hub, on line.After about a week what she received from BT was a out dated wired hub..here we go again..after couple of hours of phone calls and 7 different BT operators I was connected to a BT operator in India !! As we had a difficult communication problem she could not understand what the problem was and insisted BT did not offer Free Wireless Broadband with Option 1.I asked her to check it on the Internet but she said she did not have access to Internet !! But just in case she placed another order and as a goodwill BT would charge for the Internet service when my daughter received the Wireless Hub ( she was not joking ) Well..what can I say ..God bless you Virgin Media
