Yeh, ive had fun and games trying to find out the answers which I needed- eventually I pressed 4 and spoke to customer services and luckily they called through and attempted to get things sorted out...
Virgin is the only viable broadband for my area and ASDL is not an option here...

Also, there is a call centre in liverpool which is very helpful,- you may want to ask to speak to them next time also...
I have had a mixed experience from Virgin Media's customer service team- but to be quite honest no one can say they are all bad, as many are helpful and outgoing!
