I am sorry that you have had to go through the same problem - I have just submitted an edited version of my post to the complaints department and I will be sending one out by registered post as well.

In case any one ever experiences a problem with repull or just want to find out what is happening the number to reach the construction team is 0800 073 1132. They actually know what is going on with the planning/repulls.

And if your service intermittently cuts out a few times in a row, make sure an engineer comes out to check the line! I think you check the signal strength with 192.168.0.1 or something similar - but I cannot tell you what number is a weak signal and what is a strong one - and I've got a feeling the BB support agents wouldn't know either.
