Have to feel for the guy here, he really been through it with VM.
Typical VM phone suppport, lie to you, if dont know the answer or want to be bothered, transfer you.
So many people complain about the poor help they get from CS, it makes you wonder why so many staff are like that. bad work enviroment? sh*t pay? bad training? something has to be going on to have such a poor work force. Of course im not branding all the support teams badly, but seems to be a lot who are.
