That is far more than any other ISP would allow with their throttling thats for damn sure, especially BT now they are throttling everyone.
If VM can't afford to upgrade their network because of debt, don't you think that they should:- 1. Stop giving out offers to keep people on their services and just let them leave. Chances are they cost the company a lot more than they pay.
2. Stop upgrading to be better than everyone else and pay off a little debt first. Work on getting the service you have working for everyone and not just some.
