			Yeah Dude, one other thing I forgot to tell you.   I tried to contact the manufacturer for help/advice too.   In spite of mlutiple attempts I have received no reply to date.
 Maplin or any other supplier should also refuse to sell these routers if customers cannot get an acknowledgement/reply from an online customer service contact system.
 
 This also means that there is no help from this company in spite of boasting an online customer care service.
