Does anyone know why this is?
This started happening when i moved the white box which has the isolator inside to the opposite side of my room. Before i could get a connection using the isolator now i cant.

Now his fault occurred because he not a trained Virgin engineer and he decided to move his box across the room, he is connected to the green cabinet at the end of the road, which means potentially his untrained playing about with cables can knock out the connection of other people connected in that cabinet.
All very funny till Virgin find out you caused it and how you did it, and you then also have the possibility of being prosecuted for interfering with Virgin property.
