However I had an out yesterday afternoon, not today, and an out the night before, with no log entries to match the times. I have seen it on my meters, it just loses it for about 6 to 10 seconds and its back (but its annoying as thats enough to knock off all my systems). Ive also seen it doing little micro outages on the occasional day for a second or two but thats not enough to cause a problem.

So could a 56 to 58 upstream cause that? Or can I just put it down to general problems at the UBR?

My main worry is whether calling to get it rectified will mean I have to go offline or not?? Or can it just be tweaked remotely without affecting whats running?

(ok ive just learned how zero dBmV is ok, i was thinking it was an absolute value but actually its not and zero is fine)
Langley (NTL area) Downstream power levels -2.5dB to +2.5 (QAM 64) -1.5 to +2.5 (QAM256)
