Hello all,
Im wondering if you could help me solving this weird problem. When my white coaxil cable is connected directly into my modem my connection is absolute perfect but when i connect the coaxil cable into the isolator inside the white box that is on the wall and then i have to use another cable going back into the modem, i get a flashing sync light on my modem and a still enet light
Does anyone know why this is?
This started happening when i moved the white box which has the isolator inside to the opposite side of my room. Before i could get a connection using the isolator now i cant.
I went onto my modem and looked at the downstream and upstream data
When connected with the coaxil cable direct to the modem ( aka good connection):
Downstream
Upstream
When connected with isolator ( aka bad connection )
Downstream
Upstream
