Upstream Transmit Power Level : 61.0 dBmV (I read that this was high or maximum)
Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream Frequency : 29200000 Hz

I rather doubt replacing the modem will lower that Upstream from that high figure and you probably will still have the same issue.
