Try powering everything (modem, router, PC) off for 30 seconds. Then power up modem, let settle, router, let settle and finally PC.
Have you recently updated any software on your computer - maybe some windows patches? Is the network card still installed correctly, or have the drivers been changed somehow. You could try deleting these and reinstalling. Is there a firewall or antivirus software running. Can those be disabled, if only for troubleshooting purposes (you want the antivirus to be running under normal circumstances.
