Hi m8, ive been getting the same (cleethorpes/lincs here).
Been getting between 4 & 12% packet loss (probally more) since 3pm, it does this usually 3 days of the week.. then the rest of the days things are fine... so dont really understand what the problem is.
Going to phone vm in the morning as ive had enough of being fobbed off with the people after 6 (when I get home from work).
I find the packet loss test at :

is really accurate as I measure it against a -t ping test via a tracert.
