Virgin media are unable to provide any specific reason for the price increase but recommend off setting the cost by £1 by signing up for paperless billing, i already use this.

XL by £1.50 plus bundles by £1 - So £2.50 if you have a bundle such as 3 for £30 with XL TV on top.

e-Billing discount is also increasing from 50p to £1

New prices come into effect on June 1st 2008
