Well lucky BT customers can get rid of shaping by 2012, I dont like BT there speeds r **** and they lie to customers and spy on you, simple I would never ever use BT for a ISP.

As for Virgin I deal with stm I would prefer it to be removed but I can work round it, as all I do is download and play xbox live which alot of customers do aswell
