ermm.. VM are the only cable ISP in the UK which are providing DOCSIS 3, absolutely. pre-docsis, if that's what you call DOCSIS 3 before full implementation, then sure..
BTW, the STM'ing will be different.. somebody please back me up on this.. sigh.
