I know there are a lot of people on 4meg waiting to upgrade, but when you come as a new customer and you are promised twice the speed and dont receive it is a bit diappointing?
I was told the same thing that I would get 10 Mb I upgraded from 2mb but Im currently getting 4 Mb I'm also in the WA4 area. I honestly dont think this area has been upgraded yet cos everyone I know in the area has not been upgraded. Just a matter off time I hope
