Question Lost Packets

Hi Guys, i hope someone can give me a bit of help. I am getting terrible lag in online games and very slow web browseing. I phoned VM support but all I was told is to reboot my modem and everything is fine.....

well it isn't, I play online games onw the xbox360 and most night Halo3 is unplayable... web browseing seem to be going along at a crawl. I am not sure what else to do. Heres the results of a few tests amnd info:

4mb virgin media L broadband (i think its gone to 10mb last week), I live in Nottingham, I have a Ambit 100 modem and a dlink DIR-655 router (I have also tried pluging in direct to the modem)
