Jo, I doubt it's your router - your config file shows you haven't got the upgraded speed there. From what I understand yours should look like
this one if it's been done.
spc1-oldh4-0-0-custxxx.bagu.broadband.ntl.com
I've still not been upgraded either yet - obviously some areas not finished is all, I'd say.
