Looks like we have lots of room to complain, not least of all the recently mentioned violation of Phorm's own privacy policy.

Does anyone know if we need to personally suffer damages in order to file a complaint?
BT Retail legal guys say they are aware of that, and of course the Webwise invitation (when it comes....) will be compliant. Maybe they're still working on it.
