I don't see these upgrades as free. I think they are obliged to do so, because they know and everyone else knows that Ã‚Â£25 a month for a 4Mb connection just isn't worth it. If you look at other ISP's they provide an up to 8Mb service which is far cheaper than what we pay for a 4Mb connection. It's basically their way of keeping there packages competitive.
