Technician lives 3 streets away from me and he always has a van outside his house, don't know if he works for there fault fixing side or their install side though. I guess you must be able to drive em home.
With regards to the text I have put in bold, the opposite is true, they are taking on 200 apprentices and perm staff. Also you take your van home but have no private use.
