You may have tried this but have you tried updating the drivers on your your machine ? This can solve a lot of problems but also try updating the firmware of the router if an update is available. I noticed that this router (us version) appears to be discontinued. Have u tried setting your wireless pc as the dmz computer and killing the firewall on the router to check to see if their is any noticeable increase in speed ? Also try moving the router as close to the wireless computer as possible.
