Axe's can be used for axe murdering - If they can't think of any other reason why I would own an axe does that make me an axe murderer?
And does it make Virgin an accessory if they think that the only reason people have 20Mb is to Pirate things? Have they never used the internet for anything more than the odd email? Are they really that stupid?
