Let us stil not lose sight of our goal here and regardless ov if phorm servives to fight another day or folds into oblivion, we still have an agenda, BT AGM still needs to be sorted. BT need to own up to the errors apologize and reimburse those they illegaly phormed. Then as customers/shareholders there needs to be assurqancies that this will never happen again, this is a must.

BT should withdraw all bonus payments to those managers that broght the company intoi disrepute, those who possibly/maybe/could have(not saying they did but just ) took some form of gift to bring phorm into the network..

Managers have to be made accountable, high bonuses cannot be given for failure or almost bringing the company to its knees...

Let the fight commence we need answers and the we don't know will not be good enough since they had customers calling and have a leaked report that shows they knew a percentage did contact. If they still say they don't know then some form of recompence needs to be given to all customers who were with BT at the time a more costly way but it needs to be done, Shareholders dont get that much from BT shares for us they pay the worst divi. Seem sprofits go to managers first updating networks second and shareholders third.. On present form managment do not deserver first cut perhaps last cut is more in line with their integrity...

Trust guys without it you are worth nothing...
